- ERP system design and implementation
Design and implementation of an ERP system for a single business unit, including its processes. The project also included establishing system maintenance and a model for continuous improvement.
- Transferred ongoing ICT services from external providers to internal
teams
Established an in-house service center in India and strengthened existing teams by recruiting new staff. Simultaneously built an IT environment that enabled efficient service delivery.
